Please note, as of the 1st of January 2025, there will be a 7.5% charge on your entire booking amount. This is the Victorian Government’s Short-Stay Levy. This amount will be displayed when you make your booking and will be included in your payment.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled more than 30 days before arrival date, then 100% refund (minus a $50 administration charge to cover credit card fees, etc).
If cancelled within 30 days of arrival date, then 50% of booking value will be charged.
If cancelled within 14 days of arrival date, then 100% of booking value will be charged.
